Praise, Motivation, and Punishment:
Praise
is one of the most powerful ways of motivating we have, yet
is rarely given and when used is usually done incorrectly. The
principle of motivation and the goal of punishment is also clearly
stated and examples given.

Verbal Resistance:
The
heart of Verbal Judo is a five step process to overcome verbal
resistance and redirect the others behaviour. Learn the unique system and simple
patterns of behaviour which will allow you to respond
professionally under any condition.

When Words Fail - Moving beyond Words:
If
skilful, words work for us almost all of the time - but on some occasions and with some people nothing you say
will work! For your safety Verbal Judo defines when words fail and
when you should move to take appropriate action.
